SunGard Vets List of New Names

NEW YORK--The vendor soon-to-be-formerly-known-as SunGard has settled upon a list of potential names, and will announce the new name by the end of next month, says an industry source.
The search for a new name began as a result of the spin-off of the SunGard Availability Services disaster recovery/business continuity planning (DR/BCP) division, announced in October (DWT, Oct. 11).
The list of potential new names is: AnchorRock, Assent, Credient, EastRock, Enform, FirstParallel, Front, Infinity
