HSBC Signs Up For 1,000 BT Turrets

LONDON--The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) has signed a deal with British Telecom to supply 1000+ PV405 model trading turrets to its London-based HSBC Midland Bank and James Capel stockbroking subsidiaries.

A London HSBC spokesperson confirms the turret deal with BT, and adds that the deal covers the bank's two London trading floors at Thames Exchange, Queen Street Place. The Mid land group will take 550 BT turrets to support its treasury, capital markets and gilts businesses
