FD Shrinks Headcount By 18 Primarily TiPS Developers

FD Consulting Inc. has laid off 18 members of its staff, including development and support staff associated with its TiPS ticker plant software product, as well as clerical and other administrative support personnel. The lay-offs represent just under 20 percent of the approximately 120 employees the vendor previously maintained.
According to FD senior vice president of marketing William Cline, the lay-offs were the result of the vendorÕs desire to add more cost efficiency to its organization
