The upward spiral of Reuters Holdings PLC's share price continued last week on market talk that the company will soon announce launch dates for key transactional services, in particular its much-delayed Dealing 2000-2 order-matching system for foreign exchange. Sources familiar with Reuters' Dealing 2000-2 rollout plans expect an announcement this week.
