Appleby, TCAM In Legal Spat Over System Built For Mayer

Trading software vendor TCAM Systems Inc. has been sued by Appleby Technologies Inc. (ATI), a company founded in 1992 by former TCAM employee Michael Appleby.
ATI claims that TCAM broke a contract under which TCAM agreed to help ATI market an over-the-counter trading room product Appleby developed; the suit claims that TCAM also conspired to obstruct ATI's independent efforts to sell the software. TCAM, in turn, has sued ATI, seeking a preliminary injunction to hold the younger vendor to a deal
