Microsoft to Do Turrets?

Although Microsoft hasn't stated that it plans to go toe-to-toe with BT, IPC or Orange in the turret market yet, the camel's nose is already in the tent.

This move truly shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone watching the evolutions of the turret marketplace. Once the industry started to adopt VoIP on the trading floor, the days of dedicated hardware-based turrets were numbered.
