Reuters Holdings PLC executive vice president John Hull tells TST that he has not signed a new contract with the company despite a report in this space to the contrary (TST, Aug. 12). Hull, who works for Reuters on a consultancy basis, is responsible for the vendor's transactional services, including the long-awaited Dealing 2000-2 order-matching system for the interbank foreign exchange market. Hull says he is "not available for further comment."

Meanwhile, a Reuters spokesman in London says
