Futures Firm Fires Back at TT

CHICAGO—Derivatives trading software vendor Trading Technologies (TT) has launched many legal battles against numerous independent software vendors (ISVs) and futures trading firms, citing patent infringement.
But, while some companies have chosen to settle with the trading software developer, a futures commission merchant (FCM), Rosenthal Collins Group (RCG), is firing back. On July 15, RCG filed two lawsuits against TT in the U.S., sources confirm.
