Debuting this week will be the upgrade of the Enterprise Platform for Internet Computing (Epic) server for Java application development, version 2.0 from Novera Software, of Burlington, Massachusetts. Epic offers toolkits for Common Object Request Broker Architecture (CORBA) and Javabean services as well as database and mainframe access. The Epic 2.0 upgrade integrates the Javabean development environment with a centrally managed server. The new Epic package features dynamic load balancing
