Low on Liquidity, @Harborside Seeks Help Through Partnerships

LOS ANGELES--Jefferies & Co. is looking to increase the liquidity on its order matching system, @Harborside, possibly through partnerships with other investment firms. Tom Tarrant, vice president of marketing, says the company is actively considering several possibilities but would not disclose specifics.
