Lotus Eyes Two Offers To Take Over Real-Time Product

Lotus Development Corp.'s effort to sell off its Real-Time product line has shifted into high gear, with two eager contenders now vying for the rights to market and develop the abandoned product. The would-be buyers are the system's Japanese distributor, CIS Corp., and a U.S.-based corporation called Data Orchestration.

Tokyo-based CIS was founded three years ago with the intention of becoming a kind of software importer -- a reseller of a range of U.S.- and Europe-developed financial market
