Kirby Co-Authors Reference Data Paper

LONDON--Anthony Kirby helped prepare a just-released white paper for the Reference Data User Group (RDUG) that stresses the growing importance of clean reference data to trading firms.

Until his layoff last week, Kirby was Reuters’ representative to RDUG (see story, this page). However, he remains secretary of the group and says that reference data remains a top priority because of cost pressures at firms and the G30 report, which cited the need to develop and implement reference data standards
