IBM, Semagix Target Terror Risks
FRONT PAGE: RECOVERY AND CONTINUITY
NEW YORK—IBM and London-based Semagix are introducing an Internet search tool that screens out money launderers, terrorists and "other known bad guys," officials say.

The solution, Customer Identification and Risk Assessment (CIRAS), is an offshoot of WebFountain, which has been under development by IBM Research for about three years.
