Helmut Schywulski has been appointed head of technology at NatWest Securities Asia, replacing Phil Chambers, who held this position at the former Wheelock NatWest. Chambers was let go, whereabouts unknown, in the restructuring that ensued after NatWest Markets bought out Hong Kong-based Wheelock's share of the joint venture late last year.
