CSS Eyes Asia Expansion, Seeks Acquisitions

Compliance Solutions Strategies reveals plans to boost presence in Asia and target acquisitions.

The regulatory and compliance solutions provider is also in talks to identify key acquisitions. John Lee, European managing director at CSS, declines to identify targets but says “at any point in time, we’re in conversations with three to five companies [to acquire].”

Lee reveals some clues to CSS’s overall strategy. “We are a regtech business, and that will direct our acquisition activity,” he says, adding that he believes CSS has “the largest dedicated regtech platform in the market.”
