FT Partners Adds London Presence with Former Morgan Stanley Banker Schipporeit

The :London office, headed by Timm Schipporeit, will provide specialist M&A advisory services to European fintech clients.

The office will be staffed by former Morgan Stanley investment banker Timm Schipporeit, who joined the firm earlier this year as managing director. Between 2003 and 2015, Schipporeit held various roles in Morgan Stanley’s technology investment banking and M&A business in London, rising from analyst to executive director, and has been an investor in and board member of various companies, including most recently at venture capital firm Index Ventures.
