Asia Awards 2022: Best client communication initiative—DBS Bank

DBS Bank wins the category for the best client communication initiative thanks to the success of its iChatBot project. Originally launched in 2019 for its personal banking customers, the chatbot was placed within DBS Taiwan’s business account on the Line app. It provides answers and solutions to frequently asked questions and issues from clients, allows customers to apply for reward redemptions and make transactions, and fulfills other digital banking needs.
