Genesis Taps Martin Sreba as Global Head of Strategic Accounts
Financial markets software provider Genesis has announced the appointment of Martin Sreba as global head of strategic accounts.
In this new role, Sreba will be responsible for the firm’s global strategic accounts. He will work in partnership with clients to identify digitization priorities and accelerate the adoption of Genesis Low-Code Application platform. In addition, Sreba will support Genesis in further extending its footprint in the investment management space.
Sreba worked previously at SS&C Advent for 18 years and rose to the role of global head of product strategy and sales, having responsibility for the business growth and product direction for various portfolio management offerings.
Delta Capita Hires Pete Mayberry As Delivery Lead
Delta Capita has appointed Pete Mayberry as managing principal to lead client delivery.
In the role, he will be responsible for implementing technology solutions for customers. He will help advance the firm’s mission for managed services and assist organizations in reducing costs by moving them away from their existing proprietary business operating models and towards mutualized managed services.
He joins from Capco where he spent the last nine years as the delivery lead for strategic clients and was directly responsible for successful delivery across multiple functions, including compliance, anti-financial crime and risk reporting.
Aquis Stock Exchange Appoints Lesley Gregory To Its Board
Aquis Stock Exchange (AQSE), a subsidiary of the exchange services group Aquis Exchange, has appointed Lesley Gregory to its board.
Gregory is the chairperson of leading international law firm Memery Crystal, a role she has held since 2016, having previously been CEO at the firm for six years. She has also previously been a non-executive director on the board of Accuma Group, a listed company, before it was taken private.
AQSE is a UK-based stock market providing primary and secondary markets for equity and debt products. It is permissioned as a recognised investment exchange, which allows it to operate a regulated listings venue. Following approval from the FCA, the acquisition of AQSE (formerly NEX Exchange) was completed in March 2020.
