Disclosure Tech Vendor Certent Buys Reporting Provider DisclosureNet
The acquisition will improve the reporting and filing process, while making it easier for clients to extract information from disclosures.
Officials say the combined company will "improve the quality and efficiency of financial and regulatory research and reporting," and that DisclosureNet will expand Certent's compliance capabilities by enabling higher-quality disclosures.
"Our joint solution eliminates manual workflows in the filing process, facilitates team collaboration, and helps ensure disclosures are insightful and accurate," says Certent chief executive Michael Boese.
