InvestSoft Execs Take Senior Fixed Income Roles at Morningstar

Founder Al Roitfarb and CEO Todd Roitfarb will both take on roles in Morningstar's fixed income business, following its acquisition of their company, InvestSoft.

In addition, InvestSoft chief executive Todd Roitfarb will become head of fixed income products at Morningstar.

Al Roitfarb founded the company as Investment Technology in 1992, then sold the business to State Street in 2001, where he served as senior vice president with responsibility for trading systems at State Street Global Markets. He reacquired certain technology in 2005 and relaunched the business with his son Todd as InvestSoft.
