Updata Integrates Money.Net Data

The integration will provide users of Updata's analytics with an alternative source of underlying data.

The deal will enable traders and analysts using Money.Net terminals to leverage Updata’s technical analysis, stock scanning and back-testing tools on data from Money.Net, while Updata customers can now switch out existing market data providers for a lower-cost alternative. For example, many of the vendor’s customers run its analytics on Bloomberg or Thomson Reuters data, which cost between $1,500 and $2,500 per month, compared to Money.Net, which costs $150 per month.
