Scotiabank Creates Digital Factory, Eyes Customer Experience
The Toronto-based bank is looking to create a place to foster innovation across the enterprise.

The innovation hub will have more than 350 jobs and be fully operational by mid-2016.
Michael Zerbs, co-head of information technology for Scotiabank, tells WatersTechnology one of the key points of the digital factory is on increasing the amount of agile development.
“It was all about the customer experience and the need to bring together technology, business and compliance functions to one interactive place to redefine the customer experience and not get stuck in a traditional waterfall
