Calypso Appoints Porfirio As Chief Product Officer

Former Jefferies International head to drive product development and strategy.

Porfirio will join San Francisco-based Calypso in its London office.

Based in London, Porfirio will take on responsibility for driving the product development and overall strategy of Calypso's product suite. 

Prior to joining Calypso, Porfirio was managing director, head of interest-rate derivatives trading at investment bank Jefferies International; he also had stints at State Street, Dresdner Kleinwort, and Lehman Brothers.

"Porfirio is an accomplished leader with deep experience in capital markets trading and technology," says Charles Marston, executive chairman of Calypso. "He will drive further innovation and standardization in our product offering as we continue to provide greater value for our customers in capital markets, treasury, investment management, central banking and clearing."
