Moody's Acquires Pricing, Analytics Vendor Lewtan Tech
Lewtan's data and analytics products--which cover more than 200,000 bonds and 20,000 securitized deals and generated annual revenue of approximately $25 million in the fiscal year ending Sept. 30--will be absorbed into Moody's Analytics' Structured Analytics and Valuations (SAV) data and analytics library for securitized assets.
