SuperDerivatives is the latest purchase from an acquisitively minded ICE.

The acquisition closed on October 7, 2014. SuperDerivatives provides risk management analytics and data services. The close of the deal follows ICE's sale of the Nyfix and Metabit divisions it inherited with its purchase of NYSE Euronext.

"With this acquisition we will be able to offer our customers enhanced data and technology services and continue to grow our clearing offering through the addition of a strong foundation of financial market data," says Jeffrey Sprecher, chairman and CEO at ICE.
