Flexenet Acquires Network Services Division from Speakerbus
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The purchase gives Flexenet access to Speakerbus's private-wire network in North America and the Far East.
"We are very excited to dramatically extend the Flexenet community to include the Speakerbus network users," says Chris Rose, CEO at Flexenet. "This acquisition will enable Flexenet to offer services to over 150 new institutions, and will give the financial community broad access to the unique Flexenet self-provisioning portal and a true alternative in the trader voice market."
