BlueBay's Willis Joins Algomi as Strategic Advisor

Hugh Willis was appointed as a strategic advisor of Algomi.

Willis is the co-founder and executive chairman of BlueBay Asset Management, the fixed income and alternative investment firm with $62.5bn in assets under management. He was the CEO from inception until the company was sold to RBC in 2013.

Willis is said to be an investor in Algomi, which provides information-matching platforms for fixed-income sales and traders to more effectively work liquidity, utilizing pertinent current and historical information. It is led by CEO Stu Taylor, who formerly worked at UBS on its fixed-income side.
