Conde joins Calastone Board
Conde stepped down from SunGard in May 2011, prior to which he co-founded Devon Systems in 1983. When SunGard acquired Devon in 1987, Conde ran the business as a division of SunGard, growing it into one of the largest businesses within the SunGard stable. Conde was subsequently promoted to run the entire SunGard business, and, half-way through his 12-year tenure at the technology firm, he took it private in 2005 in a record-breaking $11.3bn LBO transaction.
