Dexia is headquartered in Brussels, Belgium.

IBM will rename the business, which has around $1.3 billion in signed sourcing contracts over seven years in its portfolio, to Innovative Solutions for Finance (ISFF). It will implement a cloud architecture to broaden the scope of the company.

"At the same time, this agreement is yet another significant step forward in the Group's orderly resolution."
