The new group, called Capco Digital, is set to focus on several disciplines including mobile, customer-facing experience, channel integration, as well as security and compliance concerns. Disend, a 20-year veteran of financial services, joins the consultancy having last led a similar team at EMC, before which he also spent time at JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, and Merrill Lynch.

"Firms looking to provide more value on behalf of their clients are now turning to digital channels to help deliver non-traditional products and services. We're confident under Eric's leadership, Capco Digital will drive impact for clients," says Ismail Amla, CEO at Capco North America.
