The US Internal Revenue Service has postponed the deadline for compliance with the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) by six months to July 1, 2014, but large firms, especially, have work underway already to ensure compliance. The delay will, however, give smaller firms time to put systems in place. Our webcast will explore the progress of FATCA initiatives and their likely impact on data management operations.

-- What are the challenges for data operations posed by Fatca?
-- How are firms and service providers reacting to the data demands created by Fatca?
-- What recordkeeping burdens do you see FATCA creating?
-- How would you compare and contrast the issues for large firms vs. small firms as far as FATCA compliance operations?
-- Are metadata repositories a useful resource for FATCA compliance?

Speakers include:
* Jacklyn Osborne, Americas Chief Data Officer, HSBC
* Amir Halfon, Chief Technologist, Financial Services, MARKLOGIC
* Jacob Gertel, Senior Project Manager Legal & Compliance Data, SIX FINANCIAL INFORMATION
* Moderator: Michael Shashoua, Editor, INSIDE REFERENCE DATA
