SecLending Data Provider Quadriserv Expands Tech Outsourcing, Board
Securities lending trading platform operator and data provider Quadriserv has expanded a technology outsourcing agreement with financial IT giant SunGard, whereby SunGard will provide hosting and network services, operational and technical support, and software development and maintenance for Quadriserv's AQS trading platform.
Following the expanded deal, Brian Traquair, president of SunGard's capital markets business, joins Quadriserv's board of directors, along with other new directors Greg DePetris, co-founder of Quadriserv, and Rohit D'Souza, former chief executive of Citadel Securities, who has also made an undisclosed investment in Quadriserv.
