Six foreign exchange (FX) clearers have chosen to use the Harmony platform, a client clearing offering from Traiana, a provider of post-trade solutions headquartered in New York.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Citi, Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley and UBS will use Traiana's Harmony CCP Connect to manage their connectivity and workflow for clearing over-the-counter (OTC) FX derivatives.

"We are grateful to have the leading FX clearing firms choose Traiana for clearing of OTC FX derivatives and drive best practices in our CCP Connect Working Group," says Gil Mandelzis, CEO, Traiana. "With our combined efforts, the entire FX industry will benefit from lower costs, complexity and a faster implementation of regulatory reforms."
