Instinet Promotes Parsons
Agency broker Instinet has promoted Richard Parsons to head of sales and trading at Instinet Europe, replacing Alex Foster, who recently left the broker to join BT as the new global head of sales for the BT Radianz portfolio (IMD, June 20).
Parsons was previously head of Instinet’s international and European desks, prior to which he was a trader at the firm, and also co-founded the hedge fund Eagle and Dominion Asset Management. Parsons is based in London and will report to Richard Balarkas, CEO
