BME Takes OpenFinance Stake, Builds Weather Platform
Infobolsa, the data vendor owned by Spanish exchange group Bolsas y Mercados Espanoles and Deutsche Börse, last week acquired a 62 percent stake in Openfinance, a Spanish provider of software for portfolio managers and financial advisers.
Separately, BME also launched BME Clima, a set of data and tools to help corporations hedge weather risk, and a family of 42 weather-based indexes.
