Grimes joins Markit
Markit has named Paul Grimes managing director of equities and index operations.
Grimes will oversee the data vendor’s equity and fixed-income index business, and also co-head its dividend forecast, index management and exchange-traded fund service operations along with director Bernie Thurston.
Previously, Grimes ran a business consultancy. He was also a founding member of FTSE Group, where he most recently served as COO.
