TSE Arrowhead Targets Algo Flow

DWT: It has been three months since the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) rolled out its new Arrowhead matching engine. Are you happy with the performance it has achieved so far?

Yoshinori Suzuki, TSE: We successfully launched the Arrowhead system on Jan. 4 of this year and it has achieved the world's highest levels of speed, reliability and scalability.

DWT: What sort of latency has the exchange experienced with the new platform?

Suzuki: We have achieved 2 milliseconds for order acceptance response.
