Bill Adiletta Out At Optimark

JERSEY CITY, NEW JERSEY--Bill Adiletta, chief technology officer at Optimark Technologies Inc., is being replaced by Bob Warshaw, who comes over from Lazard Freres, where he held the position of chief information officer, managing technology and certain administration areas. According to an Optimark spokesperson, Warshaw will assume his new position on November 15, while continuing to oversee Lazard's Y2K efforts.
