PROPRIETARY EXECUTION
The following outline of the REUTERS Agreement and the relationship among the coalition members is intended to achieve the foregoing goals.
1. Fees: a. Globex Fees: None to coalition members, except consulting fees if CME services are used. b. Reuters Fees: i. Transaction Fees: Fixed at current level for term of Agreement -- no escalation. Volume discounts apply and will be passed on to System users. ii. Terminal Fees: Fixed at current level for term of Agreement.
2. Expenses: a. Pro rata sharing
