Cambridge Technology Partners Acquired by Novell in $266M Deal
ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT
PROVO, Utah--Troubled technology consultancy Cambridge Technology Partners, which has long been rumored to be on the selling block, was finally acquired last week by software provider Novell. The aim is to successfully combine Cambridge's expertise within the financial services sector with Novell's strength in the business, government and education industries.
The acquisition, expected to close in Novell's fiscal third quarter, is valued at approximately $266 million. As part of the deal
