Commonwealth Bank To Buy 300 Positions' Worth Of Dow Jones Telerate's TTRS For Sydney Room

Commonwealth Bank of Sydney, Australia, has opted to purchase a digital data distribution system provided by Dow Jones Telerate. The bank expects to deploy the vendor's so- called Telerate Trading Room Systems (TTRS) platform in support of nearly 300 trader positions at the bank. As such, the deal represents a major win for the vendor's TTRS sales group; should the Commonwealth implementation proceed as expected, it would give the group its second largest reference account to date.
