Sunshine Trading Stymied By Market Data Questions

In the futures industry, announcing the size and time of a transaction before it occurs has been dubbed "sunshine trading." But before the Commodity Futures Trading Commission will allow the New York Futures Exchange to publicize large orders in advance, it wants to make sure all traders get their place in the sun.
The CFTC has asked the NYFE to provide assurances that quote vendors will display pre-announcements of sunshine trades along with prices for the New York Stock Exchange Composite index
