Harborside+ Adds Support for ADRs
CONNECTIVITY
NEW YORK--Harborside+ has added support for American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) Cross Books and Volume-Weighted Average Pricing (VWAP) to its anonymous indications of interest (IOI) and crossing network platform.
The new capabilities come with the release of version 4 of its underlying software, officials said last week.
The ADR Cross Books are intended to save clients money, say Harborside+ officials. Ordinarily, a client wishing to create an ADR must go to an ADR depository such as the Bank of
