Salomon Smith Barney has also recently signed up for Netagent from ITRS, which will be rolled out to monitor data distribution systems in the new location, sources tell TTW. SSB will roll out ITRS’ Netagent in London and New York to monitor Reuters’ Triarch and Tibco’s The Information Bus (TIB) digital data distribution systems, as well as Microsoft Windows NT servers.
The company will use Netagent for around 1,200 trading positions in London and around the same number in New York
