Moneyline, Reuters End Legal Battle

VENDOR UPDATE

NEW YORK--Reuters has settled its dispute with Moneyline Telerate over $18.3 million in unpaid bills relating to the use of Reuters’ ticker plant and associated services, the vendors announced late last Friday. As a result, Reuters has withdrawn its lawsuit and canceled plans to terminate Moneyline’s use of those services.

Reuters sued Moneyline on Sept. 23, at which time it said it would terminate the contract on Dec. 19 (TTW, Sept. 29). Moneyline responded at the time that it would not pay
