LONDON--Andersen Consulting and the financial institutions backing the global extranet known as the Port will finally publish a report on their business strategy by the end of this month or early April, say sources familiar with the initiative. The publication was initially scheduled for late 1997, but was delayed twice while the initiative's supporters wrestled with its blueprint and budget.
