Yencken’s Next Step Is to Nextset, Software Startup
PALO ALTO, CALIF.--Simon Yencken, former chief executive officer of Tibco Finance Technology (TFT), and a group of other ex-Reuters executives are leading a startup software vendor whose products are designed to use the Internet to support trading exchanges and e-commerce.
Yencken is founder, chairman and chief executive officer of Nextset, which he started in 1999 after resigning from TFT, where he was named chief operating officer in July 1998
