ING Barings has extended its global securities finance team in Hong Kong, London and New York. Martin Keller has been named managing director and head of international prime brokerage and will report to John Willis, global head of securities finance. Keller comes to ING from UBS in Zurich, where he spent six years as global head of prime brokerage. At the trading end of ING Barings’ global securities finance division, Elliott Arnold joins, reporting to Michael Baudo, as CFD product manager
