Tullett & Tokyo Merges With Liberty, Creating A Major Money Broking Firm

LONDON--In the latest link-up in the rapidly consolidating broking industry, Tullett & Tokyo last week announced plans to merge operations with Liberty Brokerage.

The new company, which will be known as Tullett & Tokyo Liberty, will be one of the world's largest money broking firms, with more than 2,000 staff in offices around the world. The deal is set for completion in November, officials say.
