OM Removes ‘Silos’for Sales, Marketing Staff
ORGANIZATION AND STRATEGY
NEW YORK--OM has centralized its sales and marketing staff so that field officers represent all product lines, not just the exchange and clearing software for which the Swedish vendor is particularly well known, the company told TTW last week. The changes became effective Jan. 1.
The company was already organized regionally, with head sales offices for Europe and Africa in London, the Americas in New York and Asia in Hong Kong. But now salespeople will no longer represent individual product lines
